Good morning and praise God for this day He has made.
I am still recovering from a serious illness. I’m doing well.
My experience of the illness was that of God telling me to pay attention. In fact I very much experienced it as God telling me, “You thought you were paying attention, but you weren’t. Well now you are, so learn from this.”
I am very deliberately working on following God’s lead.
God has not yet led me back to resuming this blog, so I am paying attention (!) and not substituting my judgement for His. Right now His directive is still for me to gain more practice quieting myself and resting in Him.
I will follow God wherever He leads. My life is His.
