In Galatians, Paul testifies that perfect health or wellness isn’t necessary for God to use us in His plan. If it is part of God’s plan to heal us first and then use us, He can do that. But He doesn’t always. And not yet having been healed of various vexing infirmities is no indication that God isn’t ready to use us yet.
13 As you know, it was because of an illness that I first preached the gospel to you, 14 and even though my illness was a trial to you, you did not treat me with contempt or scorn. Instead, you welcomed me as if I were an angel of God, as if I were Christ Jesus himself.
