Praying is like playing the violin.

• You don’t learn to play the violin by going to violin concerts.
• You don’t learn to play the violin by reading about playing the violin.
• You don’t learn to play the violin by talking to other people who play the violin.
• You don’t learn to play the violin by writing Blog posts about playing the violin.

You learn to play the violin by playing the violin. A lot.

You also learn to pray by praying. A lot.

So on that note (sorry…), I offer you top violinist Joshua Bell’s tribute to front line health care workers who risk their lives every day to serve others … some of whom also happen to be accomplished musicians.
