Where I work, the higher up a person is in the chain of command, the less likely it is that most of us will ever get to even meet them, let alone have a conversation with them.
And yet when I woke up this morning the very first thing I did was to have a conversation with God. GOD!
I mean, you can’t get any higher up the chain of command than that.
To know that God Himself actually knows who I am, and cares about me, and wants to hear from me every day is way beyond mind-blowing. And knowing that He actually takes the time to speak to me, to mentor me, to teach me and to help correct my path when I’m straying off-course … that He gave His only begotten Son so that I could have eternal life in His Kingdom … the awesomeness of that is so totally beyond human words…
God,
Please let me never, ever, ever take for granted Your awesome presence in my life, or for that matter, life itself … which You have given me as part of Your glorious plan!
