Balance

Good Morning God!

Thank You for sharing with me the Blessing of this glorious day that You have made!

God, today I want to talk with You about balance. I know that You have created me and blessed me with the grace of salvation in order that I may serve a greater purpose. You have blessed me with that awesome privilege, for which I am infinitely grateful.

Please help me today to seek the right balance between carrying out my worldly obligations and promises, delighting in Your glorious Creation, and serving as an instrument of Your will.

Getting that balance right is hard, God, and I know I often don’t succeed at that.

On this glorious day that You have created I ask You to guide me toward better living in a balanced way that honors Your plan. Thank You again for the blessing of another day to delight in Your creation and to serve as an instrument of Your will.
