In 1 Timothy 2:1-2 we are told to pray “for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. “
In these challenging times when a pandemic virus is causing suffering and death within many communities, and our leaders are making decisions about how our schools will educate our children and youth this fall, please keep our political leaders and educational leaders in your prayers.
Whatever your, or my, or anyone else’s political beliefs may be, please let us all pray for God’s wisdom and guidance in helping our communities do right by our youth.
They are our future here on Earth. We must not fail them.
